MTCP Scholarship 2025 Eligibility Criteria:
To qualify for the Malaysian Technical Cooperation Programme (MTCP) Scholarship 2025, aspirants must meet the following requirements:
Age Requirement
- Your age must be 45 years or younger
Academic Qualifications
- Must have obtained a minimum of Second Class Upper (Honours) or a CGPA of 3.00 (or equivalent) at the undergraduate level from a recognized institution.
English Language Proficiency
Applicants must demonstrate their proficiency in English by submitting one of the following:
- A scanned copy of the official IELTS certificate with a minimum overall score of 6.0, or
- A TOEFL iBT score of at least 60, or
- Your previous degree must have been taught in English

Medical Fitness
- Applicants must be in excellent health, certified by a licensed doctor or physician.
- A medical report form must be submitted with the application, which is available for download on the official MTCP Scholarship website.
- Applicants are responsible for bearing medical checkup expenses.
- The medical report must be issued within 6 months before the application date.
